AI credits are used when you ask Perspicx to generate, design, or improve survey content (like questions, rewrites, logic suggestions, or analysis help). Form credits are used for collecting and processing responses. Your plan includes a monthly amount of each, and you can add more as your usage grows.
Automation runs are automations that connect Perspicx to other services (for example: sending an email, posting to Slack, adding a contact to your CRM, or syncing data to a sheet) based on events like a new submission. Each time an automation triggers, that counts as one automation run (1 automation run = 1 form credit). Automation runs don’t include in-survey logic like branching or skipping questions.
A workspace is a shared team space where members collaborate and share a pool of credits. Response limits are counted across the entire workspace (not per person). Workspaces are available on Business and Enterprise plans.
If you run out of AI credits, you can still edit and publish surveys, but AI-powered actions will pause until your credits reset or you add more. If you run out of form credits, new responses may stop collecting until you upgrade or purchase additional capacity.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, and your plan sets included AI credits, form credits, and workspace features. Perspicx supports individual plans, team plans with multiple seats, and enterprise plans for larger organizations that need custom limits, security, and support.
